By starting to use our website, you automatically agree that we may request and process certain data from you, such as your full name, email address, bank details, Webmoney wallet number, and so on.

⌑ By uploading your works to our catalog, you agree that the customer who purchases them acquires the rights to use them for personal or commercial purposes (depending on the type of license).

⌑ Please note that the copyright remains yours and yours alone; the customer does not acquire it.

⌑ You are simply sharing the right for them to benefit from using your works.

⌑ You can subsequently delete your artist account along with all the works.

⌑ Furthermore, you are obliged to respect the copyrights of others and confirm that all works you upload to the site do not contain any plagiarized content.

⌑ We have a strict policy against plagiarism, and we remove all violators from the site.

 I. General Terms.

 1) You independently prepare an archive with an image on a transparent background and upload it to the PFD catalog using our convenient interface.

Post-moderation is in effect on our website.

PFD reserves the right to remove any products from the catalog or demand their removal by the author if there is a violation of copyright, the product does not comply with decency standards, or conflicts with our internal policies.

2) You can manage your portfolio using our convenient interface, including deleting your products at any time without any sanctions from PFD.

All purchased products will be stored on our server and will be available to the customers who have bought them in their accounts.

They will not be available in the catalog and will not be distributed in any other form.

3) Uploading and selling two products that are essentially the same (i.e., representing the same set of elements or an image of a person, animal, etc.), differing only in color or the presence of accessories, is not permitted.

Any such variations should and must be available to buyers as a single product.

Any products that do not comply with this rule will be removed with a warning.

4) You can upload no more than 3 new products per day.

5) Each artist will be approached individually, as the same percentage was previously applied to artists who create artwork regularly and exclusively for PFD, as well as those who contribute only once a month, primarily focusing on other platforms.

Here are the new terms: 

? If an artist updates their catalog at least once a month, the commission rate is set at 50% of their sales. 
? If an artist makes 7 or more updates per month, the commission rate increases to 60% of their sales. 
? If no updates are made during a month, the commission rate decreases to 40% of sales.

? However, artists who consistently create 7-8 pieces and maintain a long-term collaboration with us can discuss individual terms and commissions, which can range from 65% to 90% of sales.

? It is also important to note that for the Digital Marketplace catalog and the scrap kit category, the current sales percentage is 50% of sales. However, if you do not submit any works during a month, your commission will be reduced to 40% of sales.

? We are also working on a referral program: if you drive traffic through your referral link, your commission will start at 75% of sales and can be further increased.

All payments are visible in real-time in your account, where you can view statistics and see which products sell the best.

You can request a withdrawal of funds at any time, with a minimum withdrawal amount of $50.

The minimum amount of $50 is set due to the high commission charged by our store for smaller withdrawals.

To withdraw funds, all you need to do is follow the link http://picsfordesign.com/en/account/withdraw.pix, enter the amount (not less than $50, must be a whole number), and provide your PayPal address.

Such requests are processed within 2 business days but typically much sooner.

Other withdrawal methods are available, but they may take up to a week to process.

6) The preview or other graphic files in the archive should not contain images of copyrighted products without written permission from the copyright owner, stating that they are aware that their product will be used for commercial purposes.

7) The artist or designer name indicated on the product being sold must match the name under which the seller is registered on the website.

8) We have an official Facebook group where you can announce new products or showcase tags, but it should be done only in English.

Such tags must include at least one type of product purchased on PicsForDesign.

If the post contains a link to this tag (e.g., posted on a blog), the blog must also include a direct link to that product in our store.

In general, if a link to the product used in the tag is published, an active link is required that allows the product to be found on our website.

Links to any other stores besides PFD are not permitted.

If you have a creative team whose members post in the group to promote your products, please clearly convey this information to them.

9) Plagiarism is absolutely unacceptable. PFD reserves the right to terminate cooperation with any seller upon evidence of illegal use of elements belonging to another author or authors, while retaining any funds available in the account to compensate customers.

10) It is strictly prohibited to artificially inflate sales or encourage such actions in order to increase the sales count in statistics or enhance the popularity of a specific image. "Artificially inflating" refers to purchasing images from the catalog at a reduced price (except in cases where the price is lowered as part of a promotion and made available to all customers for a reasonable period of time). In the event of detecting artificially inflated sales, the artist's earnings from selling such images will be withheld, and all available images for sale will be temporarily hidden from the catalog.

11) By adding your works to the catalog, you automatically agree to participate in seasonal and holiday sales organized by the store. PicsForDesign reserves the right to conduct such sales without prior notice.

12) PicsForDesign reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at its discretion at any time. Periodically visiting this page and reading our Terms for any changes is your responsibility.

Please ensure that everything is acceptable to you before starting to sell your products with us.

  II. Specific Conditions for PSP Tube Artists:

a) Selling the same product with us and in another store, or selling any product with us and distributing it for free elsewhere, is prohibited.

b) It is necessary to always include specific information on one of the layers of the PSD file - the Artist's name (which should match the login on our site) and the URL of our site (www.PicsForDesign.com). Mentioning any other website names or linking to such stores is not allowed. It is also not permitted to include links or website names in the additional product information field or to advertise the availability of a product specifically created as an add-on to this product (e.g., a scrap-kit), except in cases where such a product is sold on our own site.

c) Plagiarism is absolutely unacceptable. All elements must be created personally by the Artist or acquired from the copyright owner with permission for commercial use (sales). Copying the works of other artists is prohibited.

When using photographs as references, it is recommended to use at least 2 different photographs to convey the face and pose more uniquely.

  III. Specific Conditions for Scrap Kit Artists:

a) Including links or website names in the additional product information field or advertising the availability of a product specifically created as an add-on to this product (e.g., a tube or poser) is not allowed, except in cases where such a product is sold on our own site.

b) It is prohibited to use images of other artists' works in the preview (e.g., to demonstrate compatibility and potential use together), except in cases where direct permission is obtained from the artist, and only if that artist is selling the specific compatible product in our store.

c) Plagiarism is absolutely unacceptable.

Please ensure that all elements used are obtained from reliable sources, i.e., from individuals who own the rights to their commercial use and have the right to sell them.

Within your scrap kits, you can include elements that are:

◈ Acquired from a special store.

◈ Created by you from scratch.

◈ Taken from the internet (in this case, they must be freely distributed by the copyright owner with permission for commercial use or without a commercial use restriction).

d) It is essential to always select the correct product type from the dropdown menu during editing before submitting to the catalog to ensure that the product is placed in the appropriate category (Kits catalog).

  IV. Specific Conditions for Poser Tube Artists:

a) All Poser tubes are listed in a separate category and are not displayed in the general catalog.

Customers can apply a filter from the dropdown menu at the top of the page to view the Poser catalog.

b) It is essential to always select the correct product type from the dropdown menu during editing before submitting to the catalog to ensure that the product is placed in the appropriate category (Poser Tubes catalog).

  V. RESALE PRODUCTS

All resale products are listed in a separate Resale Products catalog, regardless of whether they are tubes or scrap kits.
