Portfolio:
Please note that it is forbidden to place in your portfolio study works drawn under the guidance of another artist, whether they were done when taking online courses or any other classes. Your portfolio should contain only your original works drawn without any help that reflect your current style and level of skills. This will help you and our team avoid unpleasant situations and not mislead customers.
Adding new portraits:
Artists send me all the necessary information and I add it manually through the admin panel. The list of questions will be below.
In the future we’ll create a personal account of the artist (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), where they will be able to add portraits and track orders themselves.
Portrait price:
The seller sets the price on their own. You can navigate the prices of already added portraits on the site so that there is not too much difference between the same styles.
We add a margin - this is the cost of the canvas and delivery (if the portrait is printed) and our benefit.
That is, when customers order a portrait, you get the entire amount that you set.
Time to complete the order:
We do not force a time limit upon our artists, but there should be no delays either. Each Seller decides and states their own time. Usually, we act as mediators between artists and customers, so we mail each customer individually about the time the artists needs to complete the order.
Checkout:
I track all new orders myself and personally write to the sellers in Telegram or by mail.
The customer provides such information - Photo (if necessary, we can ask to replace it with a better reference), the size of the portrait and comments on the order (what to add, what to remove, or perhaps some kind of inscription to add to the portrait).
The customer must approve the portrait before we ship it. If something does not suit their taste, we’ll ask you for edits and then send it back for approval. The customer has only 3 free edits for each order.
If the Customer has ordered a printed version of the portrait, then they will also receive a digital copy of the portrait in the size that you drew.
Conditions for adding cards:
(Card = 1 portrait = 1 style)
For example, you have 2 portraits in the same style. But one is in full growth, and the second is shoulder-length. We regard this as 2 different portraits.
Also, if there is 1 person on one portrait, and 3 persons on the 2nd, but they are both drawn to the shoulders, this is also considered as 2 different portraits.
Our categories on the site can be found here - https://portrayme.art/catalog.
If you suggest something new, I will create a separate category for your style.
We plan to launch a constructor on the site, where the Customer, when placing an order, will choose the type of portrait - full-length, shoulder-length, hip-length, etc..) and also the number of characters in one portrait, so a separate uploaded portrait is needed for each type. Also, prices may vary depending on the quantity, size, etc.
Portrait sizes:
For now, we use the standard sizes that the printing house offers. These are 3 sizes, vertical arrangement. Minimum 20 cm, max. 60 cm. Again, with the development of the designer, we will introduce more and more options for printing sizes.
Payouts:
Withdrawal to a bank account with a commission of 2.5%, to a MIR card - 4%; PayPal, WebMoney - with no commission.
You can also personally discuss with the site administration other options for money transfers suitable for you.
