This instruction only applies to the Digital Marketplace section of the PicsForDesign.com digital store.
◈ General rules for uploading files
✧ The file for sale is uploaded as a ZIP archive with a preview and folders containing elements.
When first opening an archive, a preview and folders should open. If only the folder is visible on the first click that needs to be clicked again to access the previews and other elements, the archive will not upload. Additional elements can be added to a separate folder within the archive so they do not mix with the preview.

✧ All files and the archive must not contain SPACES in the names, only underscores sign _ are allowed, otherwise the archive will not load and you will see an error.
Also, do not put text characters in the names of folders, archives and files.
! But in the name of the card itself (in the Product name field), the name should be written WITH SPACES and without extra characters. Please, do not confuse.
✧ The preview size is 825 x 550 px. If the image size is kept square, there will be white bars on the sides of the preview on the website.
✧ Previews in the archive will be shown in the catalog in alphabetical order, so please keep this in mind when naming the previews. It is preferable to number the previews as 01, 02, 03...11 (otherwise, if not sorted correctly, the numbers may appear as 1, 11, 2, 3...).
✧ The main preview MUST represent the entire set. Use at least 3 previews for the archive. You may use mockups to showcase the design on a physical item, such as printing an image from the category on a t-shirt/mug.
✧ Do not use a white background for the main previews!

✧ ! Links to personal websites, blogs, other stores, etc. are NOT ALLOWED anywhere on the layers or in the archive! It is also FORBIDDEN to insert links in the Description in the item card.
! If you are creating an animation or video or want to show the process of drawing an illustration, it is allowed to insert a link to youtube or another video hosting (or social network) in the descriptions with a mandatory condition of a backlink to the card itself. All such links are discussed on an individual basis!
✧ Please, for the convenience of buyers, try to name layers in a way that is approximately clear what they represent. Please use the only ENGLISH language. The exception is vector layered sources, in which cases you can name only folders and important (semantic) elements.
✧ Adhere to a high resolution for illustrations, as many of our buyers use illustrations for printing.
✧ The archive is uploaded to PFD Digital Marketplace – Products, after which you need to click on EDIT and fill in the fields. It is important to select the desired category from the drop-down list to ensure that the work ends up in the desired catalog.
Currently, there is a limit on archive sizes – 3 MB minimum and 300 MB maximum.
After clicking Add to catalog, the work is added to the moderation queue and will have a status of "Added to directory".
Please note that if you edit the file after moderation, you should click on the Save button.
! If you click the Add to catalog button, the card will go through the moderation process again. Such cards end up at the end of the queue and wait for moderation for 24 hours or more, depending on the number of cards in the queue.

✧ For each card, provide several license options. To enable necessary licenses, check the box and activate the price input field.

✧ FIn the description (Description), it is important to include these lines:
- What the archive is, which files are included.
- File Types Included
- Size
- Compatibility with programs
Additionally, optionally:
- Description of how the image can be applied.
Please do not indicate the preview sizes.
✧ It is also important to prescribe tags. Tags are separated by a comma and a space after it. The maximum number of tags for each product is 50 words. Use specific words to describe the product.
✧ We have a limit on the number of works uploaded in 24 hours - 5 works.
✧ When adding a card, there is an additional field for inserting an ID from a YouTube video. Currently, the video itself is not displayed anywhere. The next time the site is updated, the video will be displayed in the card preview. It is acceptable to show the process of creating an image or its application in the video.

- The source file must contain layers (i.e. layers must not be merged). The layers or groups of layers must be named in English. All layers must be unlocked. The text must be converted to curves if part of the illustration. In other cases, you can add the font to a separate folder in the archive, but only as long as this is a free font available under the SIL Open Font License (OFL).
- Alternatively, you can provide the font name in a text document.
- The archive must contain the source file in vector format and a preview in jpg/png.

✧ Raster graphics
- Most popular formats: psd
- Raster digital illustrations - illustrations, characters.
- ! If you draw characters (people, animals) - they could be sold in the Taggers' Store under a personal and/or commercial license. If you have any questions about uploading to the main catalog, please contact us via support@picsfordesign.com with the subject line reading “PSP Tubes".
- The source file must be multi-layered. It must not contain any grouped layers. The layers must be named in English. All layers must be unlocked and enabled (except for when a certain layer has several color options).
All styles must be rasterized.
The PSD file must be saved in an 8-bit RGB color model.
The file size is from 2000 px on the smaller side.
The texts must be rasterized. It's acceptable to add the font used to a separate folder in the archive, but only as long as this is a free font available under the SIL Open Font License (OFL).
- Alternatively, you can provide the font name in a text document.
- The archive must contain the source file in psd format and a preview in jpg/png.

- The patterns can be made available in vector format. The source file must contain layers. The layers or groups of layers must be named in English. All layers must be unlocked.
- The archive can contain a single background or a group of backgrounds. Backgrounds can be rendered in graphic editors or be created from real photos.
! As an exception, Artificial Intelligence (AI) may be used for items in the Backgrounds category.
- The main preview must showcase all the backgrounds included in the archive.

Downloadable fonts can be both Cyrillic and Latin (separately or together).
- The source file in vector format must contain layers. The layers or groups of layers must be named in English. All layers must be unlocked. All lines and text must be converted to curves.
- The main preview must showcase all the options included in the archive.

- For mockups, it's acceptable to use real photos of physical media and text effects. It's advisable to use smart objects.
- The source file must contain layers/groups of layers. The layers must be named in English. All layers must be unlocked and enabled.
- The main layer of the smart object must be duplicated to the top with transparency and fill disabled, and must be named “Place your design here”.
- It's acceptable not to rasterize text if it's part of the illustration. It's acceptable to add the font to a separate folder within the archive, as long as this is a free font available under the SIL Open Font License (OFL). Alternatively, you can provide the font name in a text document.
- The archive must contain the source file in psd format and a preview in jpg/png.
- In the case of the Scene Creator category, the archive may contain several source files. Or putting different mockups in different folders within the same source file.

- Sets of scrap kits, fully generated in AI
✧ AI Characters
- Characters (humans, animals) fully generated by AI.
- It is mandatory to specify the type of license provided by the neural network service.
▶ Here are the rules regarding AI for both sections. Please read this instruction carefully.
The current rules were updated in May 2023 due to a significant amount of AI graphics. The administration reserves the right to amend or tighten the rules, notifying users of any changes.
Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility.
1. All sellers offering AI-generated content as part of their product must have all the rights for them, (which is possible for paid subscription to an AI service) AND make sure the content used is available under the Creative Commons License at the very least. It is important to use your own creations, and not those of others.
2. AI-generated images are not allowed for items in categories PSP Tubes, Start and Poser Tubes.
3. In the Scrap-kits catalog, AI graphics are allowed. The limit of permissible AI elements should not exceed 25-30% of the total number of elements and such elements should be placed in a separate folder indicating that these are AI elements. Otherwise, such kits should be placed in the category "AI Scrap kits". In a mandatory manner, the number of AI elements must be indicated.
4. Illustrations featuring faces of humans and animals generated by AI should be uploaded to the relevant section - "AI Characters," under the category "AI Graphic". Images of celebrities are strictly prohibited.
5. Product description for category AI Graphic, Scrap kits and Resale must state clearly and unequivocally that the product includes AI-generated content. This information must also be visible on the previews and clearly stated in the included TOU.
6. It is prohibited to use commercial licenses CU Extended and CU Unlimited for AI illustrations for the AI Characters category.(Discussed on an individual basis).
7. All illustrations previously uploaded to the Taggers' Store and Digital Marketplace sections must be moved to the corresponding AI Graphics category.
6. In case of any violations regarding the AI topic, the card can be removed from the catalog. We will personally notify violators about this.
8. If any violations related to AI are detected, the card will be removed from the catalog. We will personally notify the violators. If a seller repeatedly violates the rules, their access to the Digital Marketplace will be blocked.

◈ Categories in the Digital Marketplace
To upload an archive, click on the Add file button, and then click on Start upload. Wait for the archive to upload, the page will automatically refresh.
Please note the file size: minimum 3 MB, maximum 300 MB. You can upload multiple archives at once.
Click on Edit to start editing the card.
ЗFill in the fields and then click on Add to Catalogue. Dont't forget to select a category from the drop-down list (in Product details).
